Return Process

  Log in to our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Preparation and Inspection

  Ensure all items are disassembled and placed in their original packaging to guarantee a smooth transit back to our warehouse.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once approved, our white-glove delivery partners will contact you to coordinate a convenient time to collect the items from your home.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable return shipping fees.
